Summary: The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff! Although the newly renovated rooms are also great. There were some quirks while we were there- the elevators were broken, with 3 out of 4 of them out of service at the same time. Additionally, the hotel should provide parking vouchers for the parking garage which has been complimentary for the past several decades. But the location, the service, and everything else about the hotel is fantastic.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay here and I have visited this property several years ago. It was fresh and updated, which I loved. My only complaint was the pillows were terrible. They went flat as soon as I laid my head on them and felt like I was sleeping on nothing. Thank God I had my neck pillow because if not, I wouldn't have gotten any sleep at all. Not sure if they were the cheapest or what but someone should replace them.

Summary: The mattress was too soft for my comfort. Parking was not ideal, too many "compact car" spaces. Difficult to find regular size spots.

Summary: Excellent customer service! This was a staycation for my wedding anniversary. I made the front aware that it was my anniversary and each day they made the day special with either rose petals or wine. The hotel was SPECTACULAR!

Summary: Everything was amazing. This Omni is my favorite for a staycation. The only concern was maintenance opened the door without knocking, thought I room had a leak. Thank goodness, I had the guard lock on so he could not open the door all the way. That was a safety concern. Otherwise, love the Omni!
