Summary: Nice enough hotel. My room was plenty big enough, clean and modern. I couldn't hear the nearby busy road at all. The bar/restaurant area was great too. I would say that the pool as very dated and looked like it needed a good scrub. Also, when I went, kids swim lessons were on too which limited the already small pool to a single lane.

Summary: Great hotel but a ridiculous price. The room was £130 with no breakfast included and an additional £10 to park. For the money, I’d have thought a dressing gown in the room should have been provided The food in the evening was also a limited selection and expensive.

Summary: They cannot cook eggs for breakfast, otherwise food was good. 1 lift was not working and the other very slow. We had a maintenance issue in the room and was told no maintenance work at the weekend. We were offered a room change which is very annoying. Otherwise a good stay.

Summary: Breakfast was decent, room was very comfortable and lovely and clean. Unfortunately there was a bit of guest noise due to a wedding being on, but it wasnt horrendous, am just a light sleeper. Lifts are a little slow to open doors.

Summary: The room was cosy and the staff made two swans and put petals around the bed. So kind and it was lovely the spa. I have used the gym and spa many times as a member until I moved. First time staying though and loved it we did.
