Summary: Air conditioning is hit and miss depending on the room you are staying in, only 1 lift working currently and staircases between floors poorly signed

Summary: Check in on arrival fine, room was okay but cleanliness standard should have been better, red stains on carpet, telephone very dirty and not clean, AC not working and required a room change but again not able to reset the temperature. Beds were comfortable and clean shower

Summary: Check in was quick and easy but our room key didn’t work which was frustrating having to go back to get that sorted. The mattress was quite hard and the pillows very flat, just not to our comfort, but everyone’s different. The room was very spacious and clean. For the standard of the hotel it’s a real shame the coffee available in the room was very low standard instant coffee. Would have expected a small coffee machine in the room, but as they have a paid for coffee machine in reception that seems a money making trade off. The pool area was great and a very nice addition to the stay.

Summary: Our stay with 3 children was amazing. The Queen bed room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The children couldn't stop gasping at how great the room was as well as the softness of the pillows and bed. Even though we only stayed for one night to attend a birthday parry in the hotel on the Friday, the experience was top notch and we would be back for sure. Also, great breakfast that's absolutely worthy of the additional price. There are great full English options. My children don't always enjoy hotel breakfast but they couldn't stop going for more as things like tje scrambled egg was a great noble meal.

Summary: I was dissapoint that they had no key cards for a day and a half and if i wanted ti go to my room i had ti wait for someone to let me in, i want some compensation for this inconvenience absolutly shocking
