Summary: This was a really horrible stay for us. The first night we got there, one of the elevators was broken so it took about 15 minutes just to get up to our room. When we got to our room, the door was broken and we weren’t able to lock it. Instead of giving us a new room, we had to wait for maintenance to come up and show us a temporary fix to lock it for the night. They ac was SO LOUD in our room and didn’t seem to be working. There was no room service while we were gone all day on Saturday so we came back to no towels and an unmade bed. The whole place was humid and had no air. I would definitely not recommend this hotel for the price.

Summary: The stay was okay overall, but it didn’t feel worth the price. Unfortunately, we were woken up multiple times during the night—around 1 and 2 AM—by loud shouting. I understand there’s an open area for guests to socialize, but the noise echoed through the hotel and made it difficult to sleep. Implementing quiet hours would really help improve the experience for those who are trying to rest.

Summary: It was ok. Windows were dirty and spiders all on the outside. Not the view I was expecting. Bathroom shower door kept opening and water went everywhere. Lights on the bed did not have an off switch.

Summary: Air didn’t work in the room 229. Bathroom dated but bed was comfy if you like sweating in 75 degrees. Went to use the microwave downstairs in the morning and the handle was greasy. Three counters to check in but lucky if even one was open. Fountain needs a good cleaning.

Summary: Weve used this hotel many times. This past stay we noticed that the room was very dark. The only light provided was in between the beds and a desk light.

Summary: The location was excellent. Very close to our event, and plenty of food, bar choices nearby. The staff was also polite and very pleasant from front desk to bartender. Here, however were my issues. 1. When you make a reservation (2-months in advance) for a King room, you EXPECT a King Room will be there. LEARNING THEY WERE "OUT OF THEM" BECAUSE THEY GIVE THEM AWAY AS PEOPLE SHOW UP, TELLS ME (you clearly overbooked the amt. of King rooms you had.) As Seinfeld once said, "You TAKE the reservation. What you don't seem able to do is "HOLD" the reservation. That was a BIG miss. Of course, there was no talk of refund or price break. Just an "I'm sorry, we are full up tonight and a double room is all we have left." YES, THAT IS WHY I MADE A RESERVATION TWO MONTHS AGO! A couple minor issues were, no parking available in their lot. no tv remote in the room. Had to call to get one. Look, the place got slammed because Bob Dylan was in one venue and Carlos Santana was at another on the same Tuesday night. I get it. THAT doesn't usually happen, but I reserved a room. I would like to think reservation means what we have always understood it means.

Summary: The staff were great, the hotel was clean but the only complaint i have is that for a breakfast that is $15/adult it would of been nice if the food was hot. The spoons were hotter than the food. By the time i made a plate got to the table everything was almost ice cold. The coffee was stale and not hot either. On the bright sode the bar food at night was pretty good and reasonably priced.
