This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. Guests must be able to climb up and down 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.
The space is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage, and is located behind my home, above my garage. Ideally the space is perfect for three people but it can accommodate up to 4 people with a provided twin roll away bed, and a twin self inflating air mattress.

Summary: Charming apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with clean linens. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels available. The kitchen was completely furnished. I highly recommend staying at the Fort. We will definitely be coming back.

Summary: Awesome place to stay! The entire place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and could hear very little noise at all. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Host was very great in communicating but gave us complete privacy during our stay.

Summary: Apartment is exactly as shown, and very clean and quiet. Comfortable, very nicely furnished and appointed— kitchen has everything needed and then some. Lynda touched base with me to make sure all was well, and responded quickly when I texted. I would definitely stay there again if the need arises!

Summary: The Fort is the only place I book when in Davenport! Lynda is very accommodating and quick to respond. New (to me) this time were the neighbors barking dogs but they were quiet at night. Will definitely stay again!
