Summary: Our stay was comfortable and the room was much larger than expected. Comfortable bed and pillows. A bit bare bones on decor and ambiance of the room, plus the bathroom was kind of outdated. Tub looked worn, as did countertop and the tiles on the base. Wish the lighting had been better and a full length mirror had been hung in the main area, not just in the bathroom!

Summary: We loved our trip to Denver! It’s always Amazing to be home. When we arrived to the hotel we were greeted with a friendly smile and warm hello. We went up to our room and the room seemed standard. That night we found out the AC was more of a swamp cooler and we listened to what seemed like a fountain in the wall all night. The room never got “cool” either. In the middle of August not the best time to NOT have an AC. Then we tried to shower. The mechanism to turn on the shower didn’t fully engage and the handle to turn the water on was leaking. The shower had about half pressure we we used I and notified the front desk. The pool was nice but since it was indoors it was very hot like sitting in a sauna just watching the kids. Again in the middle of August you would hope to have some sort of air movement to make it a little more comfortable. I was hoping staying at a double tree would have been a better experience and that’s probably where I went wrong. We stayed at a different hotel the night before for half the price and had a much better experience. The Bar and food was nice and comfortable friendly staff and an overall good experience to order food and drinks from one night we were there. There is a lovely patio out back where families sit together which was nice. If you are expecting the Hilton double tree standards from 20 years ago don’t stay here.

Summary: The front desk staff was average. Not really enthusiastic about their job. Nobody explained anything- not breakfast or WiFi. The server in the restaurant was amazing. The bathtub was rusty, which could easily cause poisoning for anyone who showers in it. You’re going to get sued if you don’t figure this out. I would’ve expected more quality and cleanliness for a Hilton hotel.

Summary: No ac it was so hot we had to use my baby’s fan stroller, leave the fridge open and open the windows for some air my kids and I were so hot we could not sleep comfortably we were constantly waking up we told the front desk a few times but seems like no one ever came because it was hot our whole stay and one of our beds wasn’t completely cleaned because I found a towel between our sheets we were told housekeeping was going to come but they never did, it’s sad because it’s usually where we stay when we visit family but the place has gone downhill that was definitely our last stay there

Summary: Air conditioning is a major issue! I love Double Tree but will never book here again! Slept hot every night they gave us a fan helped a little. The rest of the Hotel was great but Hilton knows there is a problem and not doing anything about it. Every person we knew there had to move rooms!

Summary: The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, but the room was only cooled by a swamp cooler and never cooled down. We couldn't sleep because of the warm temperature of the room and had to go out and buy a fan.
