This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, beautifully decorated home-away-from-home provides exactly what you need to sleep comfortably, kick-back and relax, and play and socialize together. There are plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy; and the three living areas, the garage game room, and outdoor space provide a perfect backdrop for enjoying time together.
● Two large living areas, plus one smaller one provide plenty of space to congregate
● Enjoy the 540 square foot Garage Game Room / Mudroom: foosball, air hockey, table tennis / beer pong, pop-a-shot basketball, and ring toss offers hours of entertainment for both adults and kids
● Setup and play one of the outdoor games, including giant Jenga, cornhole, and ladder golf - outside or in the garage - or tuck inside and break out a board game or deal a game of poker
● 4 Bedrooms; 3 with Kings and 1 with a Queen, plus a Bunk House with 2 Full- and 2 Twin-size beds. You’ll get a good night’s sleep in one of the 8 cozy beds and be ready for the next day of fun and adventure. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the smaller basement living room and an air mattress that can be tucked into the kids' playroom

Summary: This is the fourth home of this type we have stayed at in the northwest Denver area and was the best by far. We had a great stay here with our 2 dogs. Unlike many other properties, there is lots of grass in the yard, so no mud. The home itself was very clean and everything just worked. No signs of mold/mildew/water damage. Live plants! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Our family had a great spring break and really enjoyed the space together, especially the living room where we played plenty of games as well as the game room. There were plenty of beds for all of us and we weren't crammed. Thank you for a memorable & lovely home.

Summary: We were two families traveling to Colorado during ski week. Angie was so helpful and incredibly responsive for all our needs and questions. The house was beautifully decorated and clean (just as the photos illustrate). Our two families had great space for our individual family and great communal spaces. It was wonderful having the kids play and enjoy the downstairs living space while the parents enjoyed upstairs for a "quieter" time. :)The kitchen is well stocked and we made many meals easily and comfortably. The location of the house was also very convenient and an easy 15-20 min from local attractions. Would def stay here again!

Summary: Check in was a breeze. Angie was very responsive. Upon arrival the house needed some cleaning and as soon as I reached out to Angie she sent a cleaning crew right away to make things more comfortable for me and my family.The house is very spacious and the neighborhood is great, we felt safe. The house also has pretty much everything you need to enjoy your stay. My kids loved the game room. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness Angie!
