Positive: Location is good, breakfast is very good and so is the hotel restaurant. Beds are comfortable and clean, the bathroom is clean too. The price is lower than at other Hilton hotels, which is nice. Overall one might be satisfied, but...

Negative: ...one would expect better quality from Hilton. First of all the staff at the reception speak no English whatsoever and they are not particularly eager or helpful. I stayed at two different rooms on two occassions. In one of them Internet did not work. Balconies are nice if they are clean, which was not the case, balcony windows were almost unhinged. Small things perhaps but why should one opt for a particular brand if not for top quality?

Positive: Staff was exceptionally kind. They have even offered to escort us to a place in the town to make sure we find it easily.

Negative: Hamam was a bit moldy and the hookah bar showing on one of the photos does not exist anymore.
