Positive: We loved everything. Parking is extremely limited in this area and the roads are very hectic so we didn’t make it to our originally booked hotel as we just couldn’t get there. They were very understanding. We booked this hotel because it had Parking about 10 minutes before we arrived and everything about this hotel Was just perfect. If we could rate it more than 5 out of five we would as it deserves more than 5 out of five the staff couldn’t do enough for you especially in the restaurant for the evening meal. I am a vegetarian and it’s quite difficult to get vegetarian evening meals so they made me an omelette And some other bits and pieces which was really kind of them. The food in the hotel is exceptional and really good value for money. All of the staff are exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite which was out of this world. They turned a disaster into a real success for us. It would be the only place I would book again when we come back to this area.

Negative: Nothing apart from being able to award it more than 5 out of 5!

Positive: The room was huge and well equipped (free upgrade), especially I liked the bathroom which was a combination of shower/ turkish hamam. Breakfast was served on the top floor, it was good and with a beautiful view. Internet worked fine. The hotel centrally located, city's bazaar just outside the hotel. Free parking was very convenient.

Positive: Nicely laid out rooms. Very comfortable to sit with nice big windows. Bathroom very good with strong shower as well. Location is excellent right by the bazaar. Air conditioning worked well.

Negative: We booked because it said gym but there was no gym! Our room smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that our clothes smelled the following day. Breakfast wasn’t fresh or varied. Double bed was smaller than usual for Turkish hotels (I think it was a normal double size).
