Summary: The hotel was fine but one of the staff members tried to let people into our room at 3am. The people obviously had the wrong room number but we got a horrible night sleep as we thought someone was breaking into our room at 3am

Summary: Pool was closed. No warning ahead as website said there is pool. Room service goes to voicemail with no one returning calls. One staff member for Restraurant and room service so room service takes more than one hour.
