Summary: Excellent accommodation and facilities conveniently located close to KLCC and the train station. Staff was friendly, welcome cookies were delicious, and there are plenty of food options within the hotel and in and around the intermark mall.

Summary: It's an amazing hotel, well situated in the city with excellent amenities. Breakfast was unbelievable. Would definitely go again just for the diamond member access lounge with drinks and food at the top of the hotel.

Summary: You can't go wrong with a Hilton - the service was excellent as always and we loved that this one was located in a mall - super convenient! Also well located overall- its too hot to travel too far on foot in KL so this was perfectly positioned to get cheap taxis everywhere

Summary: Normally I am VERY critical and I will try and try and try to find something that could knock a hotel down a star or two. (to help hotels better themselves) In this case... there's nothing... like... Very friendly staff, very helpful staff, very good service (I had room cleaning done at all hours) they helped me with various things and also train time tables. Concierge call a Grab for you. The placement of the hotel is good, very close to Ampang Park metro station and walking distance to KLCC. Yeah wow. Very nice. If I need to put one TINY thing it's that the elevator needed to scan card for lobby sometimes and sometimes it didn't, so if you are not ready you can drive very far in the elevator. Haha. Perfect 10/10 hotel.

Summary: Honestly, one of the best hotels ever, from the service to the food to the gym to the executive lounge. Simple awesome. Variety of food was great, location fantastic, staffs friendly,The room was big and spacious. Kudos to Shalinda Sourajen Guest relations manager, wonderful service provided.
