Summary: Great customer service at check-in. The room and hotel is very nice. Newer and well maintained. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is due to the location. The area surrounding the hotel is not a great area, not super safe.

Summary: Although this hotel lists “free breakfast,” there was no buffet or menu. Instead, I was given a card for a free breakfast “item” from a case of sad-looking Starbucks options. Very misleading. The listing also stated free parking, but in reality, I had to scan to pay $12/night. The saving grace was cleanliness! The hotel was in good condition and the room was spotless! The bed was comfortable as well.

Summary: First thing, you see greeted with pay by phone parking …. right next to a Lowe’s parking lot. The furniture in the room was all damaged. The microwave was hanging halfway off the table it was on, broken lampshades, gouges in the furniture (they tried to hide some with a trash can), exposed ribbing on a chair. The air conditioning was like having a jet engine in the room with us.
