Summary: Had to wait 45 min at check-in as the person could not find my reservation although I presented the confirmation number. He said it shows under the booking website section but not under their system. He kept checking in others and had me waiting. I understand his position. I tried calling the booking website from my end and the delay was 30+ minutes to talk to someone. It was 9:15pm when I entered and I was in my room at 10pm.
