Summary: The room was clean and cool and the shower was great. The bed was very nice. A favorite thing was the total room darkening shades! One strange thing was the (nice, large) TV on the left side of the bed instead of at the foot of the bed.

Summary: Very nice, clean, bright Hotel. Staff were excellent incluing the breakfast guys. Very attentive and cheerful. Front desk ladies were helpful and very cheerful. Professionalism was 100% and made our staff extremely enjoyable. The property and the room were spotless clean and very comfortable.

Summary: Property rules says it accepts credit cards but nowhere says the only accept way to have a deposit paid is by credit card. We travel at least 3 times a year and I do not use credit cards. We always pay by debit and when the property demands a deposit, we always use the debit card or cash. The staff tried to be friendly but they straight told us we couldn’t check in. We were into town for a volleyball tournament in a hotel recommended by Ontario Volleyball Assoc. and were not allowed to check in. Unbelievable ! Then a second staff came in and told us the same thing - we couldn’t check in. I offered to pay the deposit by debit card, by cash and even paying more than required but the staff said they could do nothing. I have to ask a friend to send a form with his credit card number. I never, ever had this kind of issue before, even on hotels of the same chain. It was frustrating and very stressing. In the next tournaments, even being recommended by the volleyball association, we will not stay or recommend the property.

Summary: The room was very clean with newly renovated bathrooms. I wish they had included comfort height toilets for us older folks. Still 5 stars.
