Positive: The location is excellent and the facility is clean. The staff w friendly and helpful.
Negative: The property no longer has a pool. There is no valet option, and parking is either in a paid deck across the street or free on the street if you can find a spot. The bed was very firm, which I don’t personally like.
Summary: The location is excellent to walk downtown or to the capitol building.

Negative: There is no more pool and I didnt see that when I did reservations and when I asked a gentleman he was kinda rude about it and the bridge didnt light up

Negative: Pool removed- kids want a pool. Our room did not have a tub, tub was requested. Front desk staff member was rude. The hospital was more run down and lacking than last year.
Summary: Wasn’t terrible but declined since previous stay.
