Positive: Room was clean just wish it had a fridge as I’m diabetic and take insulin I requested it at booking but it didn’t have, I did use ice to keep it cool which is not preferred.
Negative: Location next to event center and the river. Also close to casino for those who like to gamble. Lots to do and see in the area and the restaurant Italian was very good I recommend eating.

Positive: Location is great love the river view and ease of parking can walk to some local spots
Negative: Had to ask for room to be serviced. Checked in on a Saturday and by Monday had to ask for towels etc. Needed coffee cups that were not replaced and was told at 730 in the morning while still in my pjs that I could come down to the desk and get them. That is not acceptable. After stating I could not do that they had a maintenance man bring some up to our room. There was also active construction that we were not told in advance about. Hammering and drilling of some sort for hours on a Sunday. And again during the week. Started at 8am. We have stayed here before and due to the location we have overlooked that there is no pool and no free breakfast. We may need to reconsider in the future

Positive: The staff was great and our room was ready early!
Negative: A gold cart to shuttle between garage parking and front door. The weather was very cold and as a woman who wears heels and things to events and such it would have been a great touch to be warm and safe.
