Positive: The staff was very friendly, the view was amazing and the rooms were very clean and comfortable!
Negative: There was a lot of noise from the hall and the adjacent communicating room at times. Particularly the room doors tend to make a lot of noise when they slam shut. There was a fire alarm at 11pm and when we tried to leave as requested, we were unable to leave the floor because the stairs were blocked by people and the evacuation was completely stalled.

Positive: The Hilton hotel was in the perfect location. The rooms were big and comfortable and clean. We used the pool which was heated and not busy at the time. There is a food court in the basement of the mall and we had breakfast there.
Negative: I got too many emails from booking.com and the hotel both leading up to the stay and after. About the works outside, which was useful information but some of the dates were old, not relating with our stay. Someone should review the comms. I think I got overall about 12 emails about this stay. One minor thing was that the pillows while pretty, are massive and rather thick and not really comfortable if you are of a small build. I asked at reception for a smaller pillow, which to everyone's credit, came in a timely way, but it was the same large pillow type which was still not quite comfortable. Just a suggestion to purchase different types of pillows for guests with various needs.
