Summary: The perfect place to stay — we had a quiet and spacious room in the charming historic section. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We loved how walkable it is to all the spots we wanted to hit (Jazz Fest, Plateau & St. Denis, Old Montreal). We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The hotel was very conveniently located. Nice hotel. Some annoyances, door had to be pulled shut, toilet was outdated, loud and did not flush well. Sink did not drain well. Other than that everything was very nice.

Summary: It looks WAY better in pictures. Valet is painstakingly slow, the rooms are in very mediocre condition, the AC is weak, the staff is friendly. For a hotel in a prime downtown location, I expected more…especially with consideration of their high price tag. It was deflatingly average. Won't stay again but it did the job for this trip. Barely.

Summary: Good location- unfortunately most of the good restaurants on lower St Laurent are closed. We were missing several items in our room upon check in and they were immediately replaced. Great friendly attitude

Summary: Great modern hotel. Room floor had some damage but very little and never affected our love of the room. Great shower. Fantastic location.
