Positive: Friendly staff. Chelsea at the front desk was wonderful. We had just come in from a long flight and were exhausted and she was just the smiling face we needed.
Negative: Restaurant was overwhelmed. Food was good but service was slow. They were definitely trying to do their best but they may want to look at staffing on busy nights.

Positive: The food was amazing. Bartender was super nice even though she was overwhelmed.
Negative: Was not given many face cloths in the bathroom. No vent in the bathroom so after a shower it was very hot and steamy. Very expensive to stay and park, and eat. There wasn't a lot of information on cost. Many different pages had a different cost for everything.
Summary: Pretty good, but not the best.

Positive: The hotel was nice. The room was clean and nice-looking. I arrived late and was still able to get a warm cookie.
Negative: I think the restaurant closed right as I was finished getting checked in. There was a large crowd checking in at the same time I was which was very late. Idk how often that happens but I think the restaurant should have late hours on the weekends at least
