Summary: Very comfortable hotel close to the airport and not far from MetLife. Also really close to Prudential Center. Across from Penn Station making it easy to get into the city too.

Summary: Disappointed with housekeeping, we were 4 and only 2 towels, had to go down front desk and complain besides the closet doors jam, next day when back in the room at night ready to take a bath, no towels and had to go to the front desk and when ask the answer was we don’t do daily changes and so surprise besides not providing clean ones they even did not leave the used one. After insisting they waoooo gave me 4 clean towels. Next day they only left one towel and that’s it. Again had to go to the front desk and demand for more towel, the following day found one of the pillow on the floor not to mentioned 3 days with hair conditioner dispenser empty and 2 days the wash soap dispenser empty. Very very surprise for a hotel with that category and having this issues with room housekeeping

Summary: The staff was very helpful throughout. We are a senior couple and several times, they offered assistance without our having to ask. In addition, the breakfast options were excellent. Thank you to all.

Summary: The hotel’s location near Penn Station is great, and we appreciated the early check-in. The airport shuttle was also efficient, and the driver was very nice. But overall, the stay was disappointing. The reception wasn’t welcoming, and our room for four only had two tiny beds, barely fitting one adult each. Noise from the street and neighboring rooms was constant, and smoke smells in the hallways were unpleasant. Housekeeping missed basics: they took used towels but didn’t replace them, and the conditioner container stayed empty for days. It also took about five minutes to reach someone at housekeeping or the front desk when we called. Considering the high price and no included breakfast, it really doesn’t feel like good value. Only stay here if location and early check-in are your top priorities.

Summary: The room was very nice. Great view. The bed was not the best for comfort. Front desk check in was poor. We booked a king bed room we were downgraded to a double twin bed room. We stayed to attend the Devils, Canes game. We weren't told at check in about breakfast. We not told about doors being locked once we returned hockey game. We just ended up not feeling relaxed. Breakfast service was horrible. Had to ask for silverware, Coffee ect.,
