Summary: The food service staff were exceptional. The check in staff was also fantastic. The room was subpar and had a smell. The hotel looked run down. Front desk staff after check in were unwelcoming and made it seem like I was bothering them.

Summary: Everybody there is super nice, the lobby and gym and pool were really great. The rooms are trash, and I don't think the carpet has been cleaned since the turn off the century. We stayed because DoubleTree is a trusted brand but maybe airport locations are just not the move. Very disappointed. If you need somewhere to stay there's better value elsewhere.

Summary: Quick overnight stay, the rooms don’t have microwaves or fridges. A fridge was brought up for us though. Overall it was good . Wish the pool stayed open longer than 8pm. Jordyn at the front desk was awesome

Summary: Staff was friendly, room is nice. Biggest issue was after suffering through 7 hours of issues flying back, and being in bed 2 hours, our room gets given to someone else who now is trying to barge in with deadbolt on. How does this happen at 4 am??? Scared the death out of my fiancé and I. Website says 2 am is cutoff for check in, am I now going to have an issue checking out??

Summary: Reserved 3 rooms, and all three rooms had large amounts of black mold on the ceiling. There is definitely a persistent airflow problem. Musty rooms. Beds and linens were fairly clean. Bathroom was also clean.

Summary: I would not recommend. Our AC leaked all over the floor, a large part of the carpet was soaking wet. The room smelled like mildew. Our AC was also freezing and we could not adjust it.

Summary: Jermaine at the front desk was amazing! He was so cool under pressure while needing to deal with many things at once! The restaurant staff was also great, and they made sure they got my food order in before the kitchen closed at 22:00. The room was very quiet, the bed was soft and comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep before flying out the next day.
