Summary: Great stay near GCU to drop our son off at college. The neighborhood around this hotel is a little rough, if that bothers you, but the hotel is great. Really comfortable, clean, beautiful lobby, delicious breakfast (not complimentary). There’s lots of convenient shopping and restaurants nearby too. Staff was great!

Summary: Didn’t sleep well as the room would not cool down. Checking in and set ac for 67 degrees and didn’t cool left to a concert came back and it was still warm no matter what it said we needed a fan they hotel was sold out and I disnf sleep welll. They didn’t offer no discount for the inconvenience either

Summary: I travel a lot and I've never received such great customer service. We had a teething baby with us and were allowed to check in a couple hours early. This was an amazing help after our long travel. The room was clean and they even supplied us with a roll away bed. They called prior to entering the room due to me traveling with my service animal. I can't thank you all enough for your great service and smiling faces. Unfortunately I have memory issues and didn't remember the staffs name. But everyone I delt with was top notice polite

Summary: Everything was fine but the check in. The lady in front was very rude and not helpful at all just expected us to know everything when we checked in. But everything else was perfect.

Summary: We chose this place last time we were in arizona the kids loved the pool but as soon as we got there they told us pool.was closed we were very disappointed i wish they would of put it on there web site because i wouldn't have got the room it was about 115 degress out there

Summary: Everything was amazing the only thing is there was a lack of airflow in my room which made it a little hot. Other that that the staff and building was great
