Luxurious master suite with private access to balcony, 50" flat screen TV, and a comfy reading chair. Two 10' mirrored closets and private bath. Quality linens. New spring-foam mattress.
Guest bedroom has queen size bed, 10' mirrored closet, reading chair, lots of pillows, quality bedding and new spring-foam mattress.
Oversized 65" flat-screen smart TV in the living room, super comfy leather sofas and two walls of windows overlooking the lake!
Large capacity washer and dryer, all of the small appliances you might need coffee maker, elec water kettle, toaster, blender, hand mixer, crock pots, hair dryers, etc.
Right outside your door is the entrance to the unusual 1-mile long paved walking trail that meanders around the lake going past fishing docks, waterfalls, creeks, fountains, and lots ducks, geese, swans, fish, etc. You can stroll, jog, or run the trail or simply sit on the benches and relax! The lake is stocked with various types of fish with a catch & release policy.
There are multiple gas grills located throughout the grounds. The community offers a HEATED swimming pool surrounded by cactus and beautiful bougainvillea, where you can spend the day or evening simply relaxing. Next to the pool is a hot tub and private tennis and pickle ball courts. Our unit is steps away from the pool. And our brand new hot tub was completed in March!
The elevator is about 25 steps from this condo. From the parking lot you can take either the stairs (which is 1/2 up to the 2nd floor and 1/2 down to the ground floor) or the elevator. When you step off the elevator, turn left and it is the first condo.
QUIET community but only minutes from the I17 which provides easy access to everything in Phoenix. A great vacation that is close to all of the metro area's greatest attractions.
Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best in the US), Garciaลก authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star, OutBack Steakhouse, Black Angus, Desert Rose Steak House, Sizzler, Chili's, Hooters, Old Country Buffet, plus many more. Both Starbucks and Barnes / Nobles is a quick walk away!
Easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17. Close to all the fantastic sporting events and Spring Training. And best of all.. .only 18 minutes to/from the airport (non-rush hour).
