Positive: Cleaniness.
Negative: Staff changed me before icould get there. I was talking to booking .com to get my military discount before I checked in. Jonny D charged my card before I could check in. Over charging me by 31 dollars. Talked to manager. Said to callhim to get it corrected.

Positive: Breakfast- I am very concerned with what I observed
Negative: Person handling breakfast dropped the utensil on the floor; picked it up placed it on the table & stirred the food with it; same black gloves were used the entire time she cleaned; same gloves used to pick items up off the floor was the same gloves used to stir the food; she touched a variety things with the same gloves; she used the inside of the trash can to bang a piece of equipment; very disheartening
