Summary: The staff is very good, but the hotel has a strange smell and it’s definitely old. The bed and pillows are not comfortable at all.

Summary: Paid for a Mountain View. They said they couldn’t give it to me all rooms were taken. Then they had fans in the hallway the first night that kept me up.

Summary: Comfort wise, this hotel has that heavy comforter that doesn’t breathe. Hence, you struggle to sleep between getting hot, then cold when you kick it off. Also, be aware that there’s a $45 parking fee which reduces the value of your stay. On a positive note, it is conveniently located near SeaTac airport.

Summary: Our room was not clean. There were used contacts on the bathroom floor, used soap and washcloth in the shower. We were so locate getting Into our room that I didn't bother calling till am. When I told the front desk they transferred me, to a line that never stopped ringing!

Summary: We were booked for two nights, it said we could check in anytime after 3pm. We were busy with wedding stuff, and tried to check-in late that night but was denied the room because of a night audit. We only were able to stay one night even though we booked the hotel for two nights

Summary: For the price charged for one night, this hotel is awful. It was dirty, there was no shampoo in the shower, (2 body gels and 1 conditioner bolted to the wall). The light switches in the room did not work and were melted to the wall. The closet door was stuck open. The picture on the wall looked like it was going to fall off. This should not have cost $500 for one single night.
