Located at Angle lake waterfront relaxation at its finest. Here you will find one king size bed, with a beautiful waterfront, walking closet, full bathroom, a very modern new kitchen, dining area, lovely living room space, laundry room, every room has new vinyl flooring. Balcony with, 180-degree stunning waterfront. Clean lake to swim or fish. It’s 850sqft, just completely remodeled in November of 2019. It has a modern Swedish cottage interior design so beautifully.
This property is very purposeful for three simple reasons, 1. its (2.7mi) drive to the SeaTac Airport, 2, (1min) to the freeway entrance and 3. waterfront beauty. Private road entrance, with separate entry, 4 Blocks From Angle Lake Light Rail Station With Service To SeaTac Intl Airport, Downtown Seattle, And The University Of Washington. All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving.
Private road entrance with separate entry to the apartment. Two parking spots, You will have a full access to the entire apartment.
Key code entrance, smart video doorbell outside of the door. Security camera in the parking lots and security camera from Unit #4 patio that faces only to the water. Air conditioning in the living room only.
Note: if you are traveling with infant or small children please let me know before you arrive. I have the list below and I can have what you need ready. children books and toys, children dinnerware, Pack’n Play/travel crib that can be used for a Nap, change, and sleep, high chair, Outlet covers for safety. ***Key Note to know before booking this unit it has about 10 stairs or steps after opening the door. Please don’t book any of this three units if you can’t handle steps or stairs. Any Accidents you are responsible for it, we are not responsible.

Summary: This condo is beautifully appointed, gorgeous views, waterfront and stocked with everything you need for a get away. The lake is clean and perfect for swimming/kayaking/sup. The bed is glorious and enormous with lake and sunset views. You can walk or drive (free parking!!!) to the link rail station and head into downtown Seattle. I will try to stay here every time I am in Seattle/Seatac. Thank you so much for renting out your beautiful condo Ililta!!!
