Positive: The commodities were fine, clean, and comfortable.
Negative: The staff was not nice at all. Some of the food they at breakfast didn't look fresh and edible. Someone asked if they'd had expresso coffee, and they'd denied it, but then I saw one of the staff using a pod nescafe dolcegusto and made a.coffee for herself. One of the rooms was next to the dining area. The staff were extremely loud, disturbing the people that were still sleeping.

Positive: The bed was good and the location too
Negative: The jacuzzi didn't work although we paid more for that and was not clean water. Always giving error and never got hot a naf. The owner by morning told us we should turn off and on again and it warms a degree per hour so we didnt use it we had not time to wait for it to warm. My husband tried to work it but it always beeped and says error 90. Disappointed because we rent that one because of the jacuzzi. The should refund us the value of the extra for this room since we didnt use it

Positive: The hotel has recently been refurbished. It's in fantastic condition and value for money is outstanding. Views of the river from your balcony. We are staying again for 2 nights. It's that good.
