Positive: From start to finish the host made it easy to check in, stay and live. The house was very clean, neat and spacious. I loved it had a place to sit outside and a comfortable couch to lay on after my race. I have never been to Maryland and the area/neighborhood was beautiful and quaint.
Summary: Down by the Docks was spacious, clean and quaint. I would absolutely come back to this place.

Negative: Needs to be thoroughly cleaned, very dusty. especially under furniture; carpets very dirty, musty smell in house. Porch dirty. Would have better value if cleaned up and aired out. Setting lovely.
