Summary: The apartment is in a great location, and a safe place also, to a walkable distance of the city center. The walls need painting but it was very clean. Also I suggest better instructions to reach the area by car (no taxi)

Summary: The apartment was okay, and the staff were nice. I didn't like the electronic key that required access from your phone every time you opened or closed the door. All the windows were tinted, so I had no view of the outside unless I opened the window. The apartment is situated on the sidewalk, which is very busy. The bars on the window made me feel as if I were in prison. The noise was constant, and I never got a good night's sleep because of it. I do not recommend this apartment.

Summary: Perfect location!!! We were in Valencia for 2 nights doing straight tourist things and Downtown 13 was perfect, huge room, comfortable bed and absolute ideal location to walk to all the things, it worked beauty for us. Greatly appreciate the office holding bags and the ease of check in, check out. There was noise from the street, especially Saturday night, but that is what we were there for so didn’t bother us! Highly recommend!

Summary: The room was nice and comfortable but the WIFI did not work well - many times not at all - and I was not able to get my work done there. I picked the room because it seemed like it would be a good place to stay and get caught up on work at night. But that was not the case. I complained about the WIFI two times and the importance for me in getting my work done but they never responded or did anything to make it better.
