Summary: The staff were very nice however the air con was not working properly and barely kept the room at a decent temp. The hair dryer was not working either - the fridge as small as it was made a terrible noise and I had to turn it off to get to sleep. I accept that the price I paid was inexpensive but what is there should be working properly, Otherwise remove it.

Summary: We stay at the Downs often as it is very convenient to the CBD, has plenty of parking inside & out, very obliging owner. It is great value & is one of the cleanest motels we have stayed in for its age. Comfy bed, excellent shower & the list goes on.
