Positive: The room (executive suite) was very spacious, and had a small kitchenette and a table to eat at which was good. It was also nice to have a couch to sit on and a lounge room that was separate from the bedroom.

Negative: Our experience was really hampered by the staff. We had to drive a number of hours to get to the property, and we were advised that check in was from 2pm to 6pm. At around 3pm, we received our first call asking where we were and what time we would check in. We said we would be there around 5pm. The person on the phone insisted that they would be closing at 5pm and this wasn't suitable. Okay, we will be there prior to 5pm we said. At 4pm, we received yet another call saying now they are leaving even earlier and insisting we give credit card details over the phone. The staff member was extremely pushy. I pointed out to them that the check in time had changed three times from when we first received our booking. Was absolutely not a fan of the customer service. Attended reception the following morning - door unlocked, desk deserted. The room was passable cleanliness wise, but could definitely do with a deep clean to refresh the carpet and furnishings.
