The Space:
The townhouse is modern and has over 1,000 sq. ft of space. The garage is the lowest level; with the kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath above. You will find the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms on the top floor. Please note, you must climb a flight of stairs between each level.

Summary: The townhouse was clean and comfortable. There was a generous supply of coffee and tea, lots of extra towels and pillows. There are many restaurant options within a few blocks. It was great to have a 2-car garage for secure parking. We would stay here again and can recommend it without hesitation.

Summary: We had an amazing time in Des Moines. This unit is in a great location - close to downtown and the airport. A garage was important to us as we were doing lots of antique shopping. Neighborhood was safe for us girls..... John was very responsive. Would rent this unit and from John again.
