Positive: Pet friendly, many choices and options for breakfast. Very clean. The morning staff were very friendly. Overall enjoyed our stay!!
Negative: When we checked in, I had reminded the front staff about the dog we would be bringing in. I run a dog rescue and drove across the country with him to be adopted. I made sure to put these details in the notes ahead of time. I was sent a message that there would be no $75 pet fee charge, and she was very upset that the booking.com didn't communicate with them and it. After the attitude went away, she kindly waived the $75 pet fee as we are a 501 (c)3. The side door to the parking lot didn't work.

Positive: Location. Size of room. the kitchenette was well appointed. TV was modern and a nice size, Bed was comfortable.
Negative: The breakfast was not good, Sausage tasted like taco meat, eggs were obviously microwaved, waffles tasted weird, I could go on about how bad it was but I'll leave it at that. There were damages in the room, bathroom sink fixture was loose, there was a loose clothes hook on the wall in the bathroom, the blackout shade was frayed and coming out of it's track.
Summary: It was fine, I have stayed in much worse places, but this not worth the price paid.

Positive: Breakfast was fine, amenities were good, bed was very comfy, location was great.
Negative: so many things at breakfast had sugar in them, including the yogurt. It would be nice to have different choices.
Summary: We liked this motel so much, we would definitely stay here again.
