Summary: We stayed as a group of six - two couples and two single folks - and this apartment had plenty of space (and bathrooms!!). The location was perfect - walkable to everything downtown. We really only had to drive for the airport, race, and a grocery store. The building has a college living vibe, but we found it to be very quiet. Not the most stylish place, but clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs!

Summary: The place was perfect for our event. Everything was as listed. Our only confusion was message from host said street parking only but in front of the building the parking was for 4 hours only. We were not sure where we could park for overnight In the apt was a parking pass but had no idea what lot to use. Would use them again if we are in the area.
