Enjoy the privacy of Single Family Renting!
No one above you or below you! Wait until you see this 3 story Home that has room for a large group. The wraparound front porch has a comfy sofa and chair, and a round table.
Additionally, there is a front brick patio as well and a rear yard with an outside shower. The top floor can take an entire family alone as it has 2 Queen Beds, 1 Double Bed and a Twin Trundle Bed.
The 1st floor has a spacious living room with 2 plush leather couches and a large TV, a real dining room with a table that seats 8 and a Bar that seats 4 more, a kitchen with a great prep area, and a full bath.
The middle floor has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is parking for 3 cars. Pets must be approved. Daily rates are for 7 day rentals from May 25 to Sept 7. See owner for quotes for less than 2 day rentals.
This is our 3rd year renting and the tenants love all the amenities that are within walking distance!

Summary: Wonderful stay for my birthday weekend! The house accommodated 5 families with a large table for group dinners. The beds were super comfortable and there are 2 large smart TV's. Great communication with the host and a fast check-in. Can't beat the location, with a large front porch and steps away from shopping & food. Would stay again!

Summary: We loved our stay in this cute beach house. We were so close to restaurants. It was fun to smell breakfast cooking from across the street and then go over and eat at the charming cafe. We walked to all meals, which our family enjoys. Loved the ample off street parking. Owner answered all questions in a timely manner. This place had so much charm. Also loved morning tea on the front porch as a family. Would stay again.
