This 2 bedroom bright little house is located across from the Summerside Boardwalk in the downtown area. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, casino and horse races. The home is tastefully furnished and contains a fully stocked kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms (one queen and one double). There is a 60" flat screen TV with a Fire Stick and Wifi. As well as, laundry and parking. Make this cozy home your base while on PEI!
Please note: the staircase going up to the bedrooms and bathroom is quite small and narrow, considering the year the house was built, this was a common feature. It may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Also, I want to add that because of the age of this sweet little house, it's not uncommon to find an even floor, or the odd crack in the plaster. Many of my guests have appreciated the old characteristic and charm this house provides - but best of all, is the location.

Summary: We stayed at this property as a family, the location as a home base to explore cannot be beat. The property was clean, and although work was being done to the exterior when we were there, everyone was so friendly, it was hard to mind. Be aware this is an old house, and the steps are steep to the upstairs. It would have been nice to have was some sort of guide to sorting the recyclables. I would recommend a stay here, and would stay here again.

Summary: The location of this property is just perfect for a summer vacation by the beach. It’s mid island location makes this spot great if you plan to tour the islands like we did. This warm beach inspired older home had so many extras for the comfort of your stay that were added.

Summary: The front porch was rotting, upstairs (only) bathroom had a whole in the floor. Kitchen poorly equipped. Upon arrival trash bin outside was full with swarms of flies. The stairs to the bedrooms and bath are extremely hazardous with no railing on second floor. Furniture very old and uncomfortable. We have used VBRO numerous times and been very pleased, this is the first time we have experience such disappointment with a property.

Summary: We spent a week in PEI and used this house as our home base. Great location - just one block from the beach. Everything you need in the kitchen and we just used it for making breakfast before we headed out for the day. Really enjoyed the ice cream shop 2 blocks away - Holmans! We also liked having a washer and dryer to do laundry before we left for the next leg of our trip. Laundry soap was provided - so very nice we didn’t have to buy any or bring it with us. It was so very hot and humid when we were there so we appreciated the AC in the house! LeeAnn was great to deal with and quick to respond to my questions. Would recommend this great little house for your next stay!

Summary: We were very impressed with the renovations done to a very old house. The location and proximity to the beach and boardwalk were a real plus. We could not have had a better week The only thing we wanted to suggest was that the lock and doorknob to the front door be changed. We had a very difficult time unlocking the front door.
