Positive: The owners were friendly and welcoming! Our room was so nicely decorated, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the private bathroom was spotless with a beautiful modern shower and lots of towels. The owners were flexible with timing for breakfast and graciously accommodated my lactose intolerance with a lactose free parfait with berries and Eggs Benedict served fresh from the kitchen. The coffee was lovely, too. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Negative: The location was perfect for our needs as we wanted to be fairly close to Water Street which is a main drag through Summerside. The house is tucked onto a cozy property with a nice yard with trees so you can’t really see the commercial properties in proximity to the house.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kindness.

Positive: Beautiful property. Places to sit outside and a living room inside. The entire place was extremely clean. Their dogs were a real treat and the breakfast was fabulous!

Negative: The bed was very firm, something we were not familiar with so it made for a rough night’s sleep.

Positive: We lived how welcoming Liz and Sean were into their B&B! They took interest in what we were hoping to see while we were staying in PEI, as well as offering suggestions for where to go, and even what we preferred for breakfast each morning. The room we stayed in was spacious for 2 people as was the bathroom. They thought of every detail you could need during our stay as well. More than we could have ever asked for!

Negative: There is not much we didn’t like! The only minor issue we had was parking our car at night. While the driveway is somewhat large, other guests tended to park in different directions. Some parallel, others perpendicular. It can be troublesome depending on size of car, but if you have expert parking skills it should be no problem! Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in PEI. Thanks Liz and Sean! We cannot wait to come back some day!

Positive: Wonderful hosts. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was nice but it would be better to have at least one other option.

Negative: Location was not as expected. It was sutuated among industrial buildings and it was noisy with traffic. We believe the property was there before the other buildings were erected so its out of their hands.
