Summary: This was a great place for eight family members of three generations for a long weekend in Clayton visiting local family. All four of the bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. The house was spotless. We enjoyed the living room with large TV and plenty of seating. Coffeemaker and kitchen were great. We were able to walk to downtown Clayton. We did not have time to use the spacious yard and cool yard games. Our host was very responsive. We definitely will look to this VRBO for future stays in the area.

Summary: My wife, grown kids and grandkids attended a family reunion in Smithfield and stayed at this home as our base rather than staying in a hotel. Beautiful older home with some upgraded fixtures. Impeccably clean on arrival. Has everything a family would need. So much nicer than a hotel to sit around and have coffee in the morning all together and not in a hotel lobby. My grandson and I played foosball all weekend! Great location to downtown. We took a Walk Saturday morning to downtown and found a great breakfast in a little diner. Working with Troy (owner) was great.

Summary: This home is very spacious. Our family of six celebrated Thanksgiving here and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with all basic utensils, cookware and little extras. The beds were very comfortable. The entire house was immaculately clean. We also loved the proximity to charming downtown Clayton. We walked there several times from the house… just a few blocks. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. We will definitely return.
