Summary: Came to stay so I could learn to fly fish with Mr. McQuay. He was awesome and so was this property. Very well stocked, very clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely recommend to anyone heading to Cotter

Summary: This property was great for us. We were in Cotter to trout fish and the location was great. The house itself was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, well maintained, and felt like home. We would definitely stay there again. The check in and out process was easy and communications with the owners was very easy and always quick responses. Loved it!

Summary: What a cute, cozy, comfortable and clean place to stay. We enjoyed our stay so much we asked to spend another night. The owners have gone above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. They have a large, beautiful deck to hangout on. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might possibly need. I will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The best bang for your buck. I highly recommend this home.
