Summary: What a wonderful place for a family Christmas get together in Cotter. The Firehouse is a gorgeous property, the owners thought of every detail when doing this rental. It is perfect for large groups. We had our family Christmas here, and what a great time!! The kitchen is fully stocked and they thought of everything. The location was perfect and was close enough to walk down to the Christmas lights at Cotter Spring, a walk to lunch at the White Sands. The beds are comfy in each room, and it is decorated so cute. There are plenty of towels, and extras, and we did not want for a thing while we stayed here. The owner was great to respond to any questions or needs we had. I highly recommend this rental. Great little place in downtown Cotter.

Summary: This was our 21st fishing trip to Cotter and we stayed in the same place as in 2004. It has been completely remodeled and re-appointed. Very nice and fit the 12 of us perfectly.
