Negative: I wish I knew upfront about the information regarding parking. All worked out with no issues, just wish I knew the info at time of booking or when info was sent regarding how to check in, unless I overlooked that info.

Positive: The unit is small -- like an NYC studio apartment with a bedroom separated by sliding doors -- but doable for our family of 3 (maybe 2 adults with 2 small children could work). We appreciated the apartment appliances, balcony view of downtown Toronto, and proximity to a historic national park and street cars (subway is a much longer walk away or you need to connect by street car or bus). We found it easy to walk to the waterfront and Rogers Center (as well as Loblaws grocery and LBCO). The unit, as well as the fitness center, locker room, and pool/hot tub were very clean and inviting!
Negative: The size of the foldout couch was a bit of a mystery until we arrived. It's equivalent to about a queen size bed but works more as a set of twin beds with a separator in the middle the way the couch folds out -- but comfortable and fine for one person (maybe 2) to sleep. Despite good and quick communication from the host about access to the property, we had some hiccups. We could not enter the building upon arrival because we didn't have the keys in hand yet, and whenever our party arrived back at the property separately, the one without the key fob got shade from the concierge. That's a good sign of security of the building but a bit of an annoyance during our stay (if possible to provide 2 key fobs in the future, great). We also couldn't access the outdoor hot tub in the photo listing, and the concierges were cagey about it (it's in the other building, it's not working, you have access, you don't have access -- it was never clear). But in the end, the indoor fitness center/pool/hot tub was fine for us.

Negative: We couldn’t figure out how to turn the AC up but that was minor!

Positive: This place was great! Super clean, inside and out. Cute little part of Toronto. Away from the chaos 😉 super quiet. I spent my time reading on the patio. It was fantastic! Owners were super quick to respond to any questions I had and front desk staff was very welcoming (even though I had no idea what I was doing 🫣) Highly recommend and I hope I have the chance to come back sometime! Thank you so much! It was exactly what I needed! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
