Positive: The suite was in a great location downtown and had pretty much everything I needed in it (washing machine, coffee, fridge, stove etc). The hosts were communicative and easy to get hold of.

Negative: There was no access to the pool, and this seems to be a building policy (only permanent residents are allowed). This was extremely frustrating as I booked the property specifically for pool access. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as a sofa and all of the wardrobe space was filled with mattresses so there was nowhere to hang clothes.

Summary: Nice if expensive place to stay. No pool access.

Negative: Small bed and it is al in one area but spotless clean and big enough for two. The amenities like the ping pong table advertised on booking.com were not included.

Positive: It was a studio condo with kitchenette, laundry and very safe.

Negative: The layout was a narrow studio, minimal storage for clothes and a ridiculous cleaning fee. Young party goers so noisy in the hall.

Positive: We were in town for Taylor Swift, you couldn’t get closer to the Rogers Center! Communication with the host was easy, the unit was clean and bright, and the host was extremely helpful in securing parking as well.

Negative: Well, it’s Taylor Swift so all lodging in the city was insane. It was a pricey stay but this was still one of the best values for what everyone everywhere was charging.

Summary: Taylor Swift was the best night of our lives. It was made even better with a short walk back to a cozy unit that offered

Positive: The location was convenient for me a I was at a conference at the conference centre on front street. The area was very safe even when I walked back alone to the condo at 8:30 pm.

Negative: The sofas were not comfortable. There was no coffee in the kitchen so I had to go out for coffee. There were no Kleenex boxes in the condo.
