Summary: We had a great stay. The location was perfect and easy for us to access anything in downtown Meredith. The kitchen was a good size and very usable, with plenty of soap and towels. The property is overall very clean and well cared for. Probably the greatest feature of the property is the bathroom, very updated, spacious, and clean. It really makes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider renting again.

Summary: This property is very, very pretty. The location in Meredith is excellent and walking distance to many restaurants and the waterfront. The fire pit is fabulous. There was a pile of wood to burn but when we went to start the fire, all the wood was wet so no fire. A simple cover for the wood would have helped, especially when the weather in New England has been very unpredictable. Inside is still under renovation and although much of the big work is done, the finish work is still ongoing. The bathroom is especially nice. The towels and bed linens are also nice. The kitchen still needs basic utensils such as measuring spoons, measuring cups, and a baking sheet (for heating pizza, baking cookies, etc.). We found dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, but no bath soap, which we had to ask for and was finally provided. We've stayed at many properties in Vermont, New Hampshire, Canada, and Europe so with a few additions, this will be a wonderful property to rent.

Summary: Everything was perfect from check in til check out. My family and I and our dog had an amazing visit. A short drive to weirs beach and only minutes to walk to local dining and shops. Would highly recommend

Summary: My husband and I stayed for 4 nights for a friend's daughter's wedding at Church Landing. The house was just what we needed, it was super clean, well stocked, and the mattress in our bedroom was so comfortable. Great pillows too. It was just 2 of us so didn't check out the 3 upstairs bedrooms. Bathroom is recently updated and also so clean and well stocked. The highlight was the large fire pit which we really enjoyed with a few friends. And the location was very convenient to everything downtown. Loved our stay and would return!
