• This four-bedroom air-conditioned home will comfortably accommodate 8, with 2 queen size beds, and 4 twins. Updated fully-equipped kitchen, plenty of dining space, and 2 bathrooms. Gather and relax in the comfy living room or the larger family room (Wifi, smart tv with Netflix/Amazon Prime Video, DVD player and movies, and large selection of boardgames, puzzles, books, etc.).
• Lots of private outdoor space to lounge, grill, dine out on the decks, gather around one of the fire pits (wood and propane) or play available lawn games (cornhole, bocce, horseshoes, etc .)

Summary: If we could give 6 stars, we would! We felt welcomed, and like we were staying at a friend's house. Many amenities, comfortable beds, great kitchen. We're from Denver, so not sure if we'll be back. If we are, we'll stay here!

Summary: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at this Winnipesaukee lake home. The owner, Michele, was so kind and inviting during all communication. She even left a bottle of wine and a s’mores basket for us. The house was tastefully decorated and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. It’s a short downhill walk to the beach and dock area, which we had basically to ourselves all week. We swam, went fishing, went paddleboarding (brought our own), and took the provided kayaks out on the lake as well. We enjoyed the lake every day but also explored the town and surrounding areas. Would love to stay again!!

Summary: The owner Michele was amazing to work with when we were looking for a place to rent for our family vacation. She responded to all of my questions quickly and couldn’t have been more accommodating to our family. When we arrived, we could not believe how lucky we were to be staying at her beautiful home for the next week. The home is located in a very quiet residential area with very friendly neighbors. Stores are very close by so no need to bring groceries etc from home. It is not the typical house we have rented on past vacations. It newly renovated and spotless. The attention to detail is very impressive. There was absolutely nothing that we needed. It is perfect for our family as there are 2 bedrooms and a family room on both floors for the early risers. We had our two young grandchildren with us and didn’t need to bring any games or toys for them. There were so many beach toys and a even wagon in the garage to put the kids in to take to beach. The beach is literally 2 houses away and beautiful with crystal clear water. We had it all to ourselves for the week. It was perfect for everyone as it was very shallow for the kids and a raft to swim out to. We enjoyed taking their kayaks out and brought our inflatable paddle boards. We feel very fortunate to have found this gem and are looking forward to making more great memories with our family in the future. Thank you so much for trusting us with your home!

Summary: This was our first experience with VRBO and we had a great experience. My husband and I rented this property on the lake for us and our daughter, her husband and their 3 1/2 year old and 3 month old sons. The house was awesome. We walked into a very clean, well stocked house. The owners were great to work with. They were quick to answer our questions and they really made sure you felt at home. We walked in and found a really nice bottle of wine, and it seemed to have anything we could possibly need and then some. There was a charging station with every type of cord, and the house was full of homey touches. We highly recommend this property and would definitely reserve it again, and look forward to working with the owners again. We were very impressed.

Summary: If your looking for a deluxe cabin on Lake Winnipesaukee -- this place has it all! Great location -- stunning wood-framed two-level interior. Views from the deck are spectacular! Very tastefully decorated...well stocked with everything you could need! The dining areas, both inside and out, are phenomenal! The owners of the property are a joy to work with! Almost instantaneous response to any questions! If this is where you want to be and it's available, book it today! Quite a rare find!

Summary: We all had a fabulous time. The property is well suited for 2 families with sleeping and living space on both floors. Lots of amenities and toys for all ages and interests. Just a short walk down the street to a beautiful sandy beach for the littles and mooring where we tied up our rental boat after dumping our gear on the dock. Would have appreciated a clothesline or dryer to hang wet suits and towels. A great vacation spot!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is great and very convenient to town. The lake/ beach is a 2 minute walk down the road. And the owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. If we go back to the area we’d definitely see if this home was available again!

Summary: Living in southern Florida is great….and vacationing at a lakehouse in the green mountains of NH is a wonderful change of scenery and pace! What made this vacation truly special was that we found the perfect house a few yards from its own private beach on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee! Our hosts were simply the best and made us feel welcome in every way possible. This is a winner and we hope to be back in 2022!
