A Spacious Mid-Century modern house with postcard view of Ojai’s famous Topa Topa mountains. Just 5 minutes to stroll to our downtown artsy village. It is the ultimate Mid Century cool pad with its hip furnishings and clean cool eclectic flair. The house is designed with fresh fun colored walls. Graced with interesting black & white photographs of life as we know it or don't! This house is a true stargazer the large back yard is a little haven to the dark Ojai skies and the STARS are out of this word !!!!!
The colorful kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner stove and 2 ovens! Picture-perfect for a family get together. Enjoy inside or outside dining for 6.A flat screen TV with wireless connectivity, IPOD compatible speaker system and a writer’s office with a wireless printer. As an added bonus, an old school 1970’s jukebox packed with great songs from the 50s through the 80s set to free play.
Two generously sized bedrooms and a den/3rd bedroom gives up to six guests many areas to commune, but also ample opportunities for privacy.
The "outdoor space" is large and inviting with aromatic botanical gardens, outdoor dining area and peaceful sitting areas with mountain views scattered throughout the property. ' So fire up the BBQ, pour some cold hand crafted organic cocktails or mint lavender pixie spritzers and relax under the vast Ojai stars from the hot tub. Bring your bikes and never use a car from this central location:) Or we can rent you some too.

Summary: This clean, well-appointed and stylish home is the perfect destination for an extended retreat. We stayed for a month and enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, the beautiful drought tolerant garden and the mountain views. It's clean, comfortable and well-maintained and we loved that we could walk into town. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience what it's like to live like a local and unplug from city life.

Summary: We had such a lovely time at our rental property in Ojai. Really, I think our outlook on life changed dramatically after being there for a month. Your beautiful house with a Zen like garden contributed much to our transformation. I am not using the term lightly believe me. Before we came to Ojai we used to watch a lot of TV in the evenings. We even had dinner in front of the TV believe it or not. We loved listening to the jukebox. Having dinner out in the patio or in the dining room. And retire to the living room to listen to music and read. My husband started meditating in earnest in Ojai although he used to always meditate but not regularly. He would go outside and sit in the garden in the mornings around 7 am and in evenings after 7 pm. It has now become a habit for him. I also don't watch any TV in the daytime now! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We were so comfortable and happy there. Your garden is meant to be enjoyed. And your kitchen with the large island and the juke box makes it a great place to hang out. And we loved the fact that we could even walk if we desired to downtown with its restaurants, cafes, boutiques, park etc. We discovered so many beautiful shady trails within five minute drive from the house. And we really appreciated the fresh peaches from your fruit tree! We enjoyed every moment of it.

Summary: The house was even better than the pictures promised! Light, airy, happy house. Large fenced yard with fantastic hot tub. The kitchen was a dream and the old fashioned jukebox set the tone. Best of all, it was walking distance to the Arcade and farmers' market. Hope to return soon.

Summary: We found this amazing house at the last minute, after all other options turned out to be grim & overpriced The clouds parted, and voila! a beautiful spaciously designed house, our own Private Ojai! We felt like it was our home while I was there, due to the warm generous ambiance of this home. We brought our son, 4 and our pooch, and our stay there will always be a source of happy memories for him and us... so much to explore...tin Ojai and everything on the property was just heavenly. Other amenities...close to everything. Never had to drive more than 10 min for great food or shopping. Property was clean, well designed, well lit, well maintained, wonderful kitchen and a nice linens & towels & such Also access to Foothills trails were breathtaking! We enjoyed Minors Oaks little art town to a must see. lots of organic & vegan options too Ojai is a cool little village. We hope to be back at this little slice of heaven soon

Summary: We only stay with the Enchanted Vacation Rental Co. in Ojai!!! We come to Ojai 3-4 times a year for yoga retreats and sometimes we stay in bigger places of theirs. But we truly loved this midsized JEM. Its was as always super well put together, clean with that special quality that Ojai is so famous for. The Enchanted staff is easy-going and makes things simple & is always there if need be. I loved this house and recommend the Enchanted experience as a whole. Nameste & Safe Travels
