It is in a downtown city area so please be aware that comes with city life including noise.
This is a great place in the heart of downtown Orlando near a ton of restaurants, night life, the Dr. Philips center, Amway arena and Lake Eola. Publix is within walking distance. There is a stocked kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, (no stove). Hulu w showtime, Netflix and amazon prime.
The unit is private with separate entrance, bath and kitchen. Please note this is a studio. It is a small place to crash.
Please be courteous as the owner lives on premise.

Summary: It’s a small but fully equipped place. Easy parking and very quiet area. The AC is a little loud but thankfully the weather wasn’t too warm so I didn’t need it on. The landlord was responsive. Easy, flexible check-in and check-out. I asked for a late check out and the lord allowed it.

Summary: Great spot with parking included. It was so close to downtown bars and restaurants. We were in town for a show and it was a perfect stay for the night. Bed was super comfortable too!

Summary: I loved the fact that this property was only one half block from beautiful Lake Eola and two blocks from a very large supermarket. Within walking distance is Lynx Central, a major bus station in Orlando with non stop service to Disney Springs. That is also a stop on Sunrail. It doesn’t get better. The property greets you with a stairs and a front door that have a worn look but don’t judge the unit by the entrance. Inside is a modern, clean and neat apartment, small in size but certainly adequate. The kitchen is fine for making simple meals. All in all, a good experience.
