OVERVIEW: Enjoy the beauty of a home located in The Pines. This luxury property with beach charm offers five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and will sleep 14 people comfortably. A fantastic rear three-season room, a gourmet kitchen with gorgeous hardwood flooring, and so much more. This wonderful home offers all the comforts and amenities with an awesome grilling station, seating, encased propane grill, an outdoor shower, and a rear patio. A fenced-in backyard and beautiful landscaping give this home a great vibe and a perfect beach vacation. Beautiful bottom floor primary suite w/ king bed, ensuite w/ fireplace & soaking tub, flat screen TV, and hardwood flooring. The second level offers a primary suite w/ a queen bed and TV. There are two additional bedrooms with a jack & jill bathroom. The top level provides an excellent recreational room with seating, a TV, and an air hockey game. The final bedroom is located on this level and has two double beds. It is a fantastic space for movie nights, games, or relaxation!
LOCATION: One block to Rehoboth Ave and downtown. Approximately 4-5 blocks to the north end of the beach and boardwalk. Rehoboth Boardwalk & Beach. Grab the Jolly Trolley into Dewey Beach to enjoy the nightlife, our five-star restaurants, tax-free boutiques, and much more. Great location!
PARKING: Private driveway for approximately three vehicles.
AMENITIES: All bedrooms, living room, and recreational room have flat-screen TVs with complimentary Wi-Fi. There is also an outdoor shower, a fantastic grilling station with seating, a spacious three-season room, a second freezer/refrigerator in the laundry room, and a full washer and dryer. There is also an abundance of beach equipment for guests to use.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable if you cancel. This home rents from Sat-Sat. It is a non-smoking house and no pets. Streaming services are only provided. Linens are not provided. However, we do offer a linen package to our guests. There are pillows, mattress pads, and blankets for each bedroom.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly dam" ge waiver fee" plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Summary: Our family/extended family met in Rehoboth for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was also a perfect size house with plenty of space for our large family. We hope to be back!

Summary: The location of the house is great! It is on a quiet street but very close to plenty of restaurants. The boardwalk and beach were also walkable. The house was described and clean. There were plenty of beds and they were all at least doubles. We would stay here again.

Summary: The home and location were perfect for my sisters and my families + grandma. Everyone had their own room, plenty of bathrooms for our group of 12. The main level was just perfect for our family to all be together but not on top of eachother. Well stocked home in excellent condition.

Summary: We celebrated NYE with our friends and lots of kiddos (age 1-6) and had the best time. The house is gorgeous and spacious. The location is perfect- we could walk to the playground, restaurants, coffee, and the beach! Even in December, we used the outdoor grill which was amazing. Thank you for memories that will last us a lifetime!
