2025 Rental Updates:
- Weekly rentals available starting May 31st through October 11th (October dates are weather permitting).
- Saturday to Saturday rentals ONLY (due to cleaning turnover service). However, please inquiry about all vacation dates outside of our weekly rates and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Preferred - Minimum 7 Nights.
- Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends are the ONLY weekends we offer as packaged weekend stays (less than 7 Nights). However, weekly rentals surrounding these weekends are available as well.
About the cottage:
The cottage is small, cozy and quaint. Nestled in 'The Pines' neighborhood, the property is filled with old Rehoboth character and charm.
The cottage has original old pine floors, is decorated simply, and has recently undergone renovation: The bathroom and kitchen have been updated with new appliances and fixtures. Located five blocks from the water, and one block from Rehoboth Avenue, tenants can walk to local boutiques, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, tennis courts, farmers market, and of course the Boardwalk and beach.

Summary: Our stay was great! we had everything we needed at the cottage. We really enjoyed the front porch for breakfast. The parking permits made getting to the beach very easy! We also loved the location so close to town.

Summary: We loved our stay at this cute little cottage. The location can’t be beat and Deborah was very helpful. We had 1-2 questions (not complaints) and Deborah went out of her way to respond quickly and even deliver us a few items (which we didn’t expect but were very grateful for)!

Summary: We had a wonderful week of weather and absolutely loved our house! It met our needs perfectly after a day at the beach. Short walks to coffee in the morning, the beach after that and finally to downtown in the evening. Rinse in the outdoor shower and repeat :)

Summary: This is the cutest cottage you could want for your beach stay! It’s a mile from the beach which we drive to everyday and about the same distance to the main attest where all the shops and restaurants are. Debra is an excellent host who is very helpful and really wants you to have a great week! Stay here! You will love it!

Summary: Lovely stay at a great little house in an amazing location. Debra was wonderful, even checking in on us after a bad storm. It was fun staying in an old Rehobeth style house and the location can't be beat. There were only 3 of us and I imagine it would be very small if you were to stay with 6. Outdoor shower was amazing!
