OVERVIEW: One to four guests can enjoy our home. A private bedroom with a queen-sized bed. A living area with a sofa that unfolds to sleep two and seats three when upright is an ideal place for a couple with kids or friends. The fully equipped kitchen allows guest to enjoy their own meals if they choose not to dine out. Our home has a SMART 47" LCD wall-mounted television. The condo has basic cable TV, and free Wi-Fi is available to view your personal Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. Also, the condo has four beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guests. Rehoboth Beach is a one-square-mile community in the mid-Atlantic and is the largest beach resort in the State of Delaware. Known as the "Nation's Summer Capital," our town was historically branded as the get-a-way of choice for beachgoers from Washington D.C. Now, our beach town hosts visitors from all over the country and the world. Many of our award-winning town events have expanded later into the year. Rehoboth Beach is now known as a year-round vacation destination for business and pleasure.
LOCATION: Located on Rehoboth Ave, five blocks from the beach, and within walking distance to excellent restaurants and tax-free shops.
PARKING: Off-street parking for one car behind the building with a community parking pass.
AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, beach equipment, balcony, ceiling fan, and parking for one car.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. We do not allow pets, and linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental package to guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Summary: This was close enough to walk to the beach but far enough away to avoid noises. Really enjoyed our stay. Property was secured and condo was clean.

Summary: The property is beautiful and just like in the listing. Very comfortable and nothing to complain as far as the unit. However… Remax leaves much to be desired. First, they were charging us the wrong amount (extra $1k) which I had to get changed. So I recommend you carefully check the contract before authorizing the payments. Second, they were opposed to early check-in (which was fine) except they were closed when we arrived at the specified check in time they told us! On top of that, they didn’t leave the keys for us to check in which meant we had to wait for quite a while to get a hold of someone on their emergency line to come to use to give us keys and open the door. Third, they gave us the wrong apartment number so when we went into the binding had to guess which actual unit we were supposed to walk into. Luckily we guessed correctly on the first try as the ReMax person didn’t want to go into the building to help. Then… they only found one copy of the keys so we had to go back again the next day to pick up a second set, but only during their business hours which meant having to change our plans two days in a row. Lastly, and this one was just annoying out of courtesy; they called on the first morning (after they forgot to leave us the keys), not to ask if we had made it into the apt, or to let us know the second set of keys were ready, but to wrongfully tell us to taken down towels from the balcony. Needless is to say we had to towels on the balcony. Pure chaos

Summary: Super clean and modern apartment in Rehobeth Beach. Near lots of restaurants. Walkable to beach but a bit far to carry chairs, etc. The parking passes were incredibly helpful. We parked at a quiet area of the beach and enjoyed a less crowded beach vacation. Apartment is even nicer than pictures. Very modern, spacious, clean design with tasteful art work.

Summary: The unit was perfect - clean, comfortable, and the location was ideal. We were close to shops, restaurants and beach, but away from the businesses of the boardwalk. The check in process was simple and it was so nice to have a parking spot. Would definitely recommend!
