Negative: Pets were a specific NO on the listing. However, when drying off with the "clean" towels after a shower, we all had pet hair on our bodies. When using the blanket in the living room, we had pet hair on our clothes. Smoking was a BIG no on the listing. Not a problem as none of the four of us smoke. However, when opening the cabinet in the bathroom to get a "clean" wash cloth or bath towel, the smell of smoke was VERY present. Not impressive. There were no outside lights. We walked into town for dinner and wanted to have a light on when we returned... there were no working outside lights and no help was offered when the host was contacted.
Summary: Overall, we would give it a 6 out of 10... wouldn't stay again.

Positive: This house is very inviting, comfortable, and convenient. The beds and showers were great! The kitchen had everything one could need. The house was very clean.
Negative: Love the proximity to downtown Rockford but with that comes loads of heavy traffic. The house is about 30 feet from the main road. That is literally the only negative thing we could say about the property.

Negative: The temperature thermostat was locked and we couldn’t control the AC temp.
