Summary: A very cute, updated second floor apartment with great proximity to ASU’s campus! Room for parking and two bathrooms a plus! Many amenities including coffee maker, espresso maker, and some local IPAs to welcome us! Very clean accommodations! Troy was a great host!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay. The home is like a fancy hotel with beautiful fixtures, furniture and bedding. The kitchen is well equipped and all updated appliances. Also, the location is perfect - just minutes from campus, stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Tempe!

Summary: Absolutely loved staying at this property! Everything about it was perfect for our family. The bungalow is newly remodeled and attention to detail met in every way to ensure we had everything we needed. It is super clean and comfortable and felt like home away from home. Location is great too! Walkable to campus and all the fun shops/restaurants on Mill Ave. The host is extremely responsive and friendly and did everything he could to ensure a perfect getaway. We will be staying there every time we are in town to visit our ASU students.

Summary: Outstanding property, clean & comfortable, everything feels fresh and new. Hosts have done a great job updating this hidden gem. Located just a couple of blocks outside of the high activity zone around ASU so it is close to the campus and the retail/foodie district but nestled away in a very quiet part of a vintage neighborhood. Extremely good value and recommended!
